SHIPPING POLICY
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for all products purchased in our store.
Standard Delivery: Standard delivery applies to all products listed on our website.
Delivery Times:
Colombo 1-15 and Suburbs: Shipping will be within 1-2 days. Outstation Areas: Shipping will be within 3-4 days.
Made-to-Order Pieces: Made-to-order pieces will take additional time as specified in the product description before they are shipped.
In-Store Pickup: Alternatively, products can be picked up at our showroom located at No. 66, Kynsey Road, Colombo 8. Make sure to tick "in-store pick-up" at checkout

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchange Policy (Purchased Within 30 Days)
Items can be exchanged for jewelry of the same valuation or a redeemable gift card within 30 days of purchase. To qualify for an exchange, the jewelry must:
- Be in its original condition with no visible damage or scratches.
- Be in the original packaging.
- Include the original invoice (printed or soft copy)
- Pass our verification process to confirm authenticity.
Exclusions
Returns are not valid on any sale items.
Trade-In Policy (After 30 Days)
After 30 days, items can be traded in at the time of an upgrade for a new jewelry piece.
- The material value will be assessed based on current market conditions, and a fair valuation will be given for purchase
- Based on this valuation, the customer can proceed to select a new available piece
- The assessment will be conducted by our jeweler to provide an accurate valuation of the jewelry.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect item, an item is missing from your order, or an item is damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Out of Stock Items
Gift Card Issuance - If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will provide you with a gift card for the same amount.
The gift card will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Returns Shipping
Free Domestic Returns: We offer free domestic returns through our Logistics Partner DEX.
